Massimo Masino is the Chief Executive Officer of NWI Precision. A manufacturing engineer by training, Massimo brings more than 30 years of experience as a high-tech and aerospace operations leader. In addition to his industry leadership, Massimo serves as a Lecturer at the CSU Long Beach College of Business, where he shares real-world manufacturing and operations insights with the next generation of business and engineering leaders.
Massimo is also a current operations leader at TS Conductor, where he is committed to advancing technologies that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and enable a more sustainable energy future.
Franck Vignau is the Chief Financial Officer of NWI Precision, where he oversees the company’s finance and supply chain functions, supporting operational excellence and long-term strategic growth. Franck brings more than 20 years of international experience across Europe, Australia, and North America, serving as a trusted executive team member. Prior to joining NWI Precision, Franck held senior finance leadership roles at Nexans.
Franck is also a Board Member of the Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC). Franck holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Toulouse School of Management (France).
Bruce Van Nus is Vice President & Program Manager at NWI Precision, bringing four decades of experience in Design, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Bruce’s aerospace background includes 14 years at de Havilland, working across Boeing and Bombardier programs, where he progressed through roles including Lead Designer and Manager of Mechanical Design, Director of Design, Director of Methods, Vice President of Engineering, and Vice President of Operations.
His executive leadership experience also includes serving as President of Dassault Systèmes Services in Montreal, Executive Director of Operations at GE Glegg Water, and General Manager of Global Supply Chain at S.A. Armstrong with responsibility across Toronto and Manchester, supporting pump and HVAC system operations. Bruce previously served 11 years as President of NWI / Triumph Gear Systems, and more recently spent three years at NWI Precision as Principal Engineer before assuming his current role.
Bruce holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University.
Dan is an accomplished Programs and Operations Management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, specializing in management, product development, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Director of Program Management at NWI Precision in Toronto, Dan is responsible for maintaining robust customer relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic programs. He is also instrumental in fostering a business culture that supports organizational objectives and has successfully implemented integrated product teams to enhance interdepartmental communication and efficiency.
Previously Dan held key positions such as Director of Production Programs for North America and Program Manager for Boeing 787 and Military, for Safran Landing Systems, following a 16-year career in manufacturing engineering and CNC programming with Bombardier and IAR.
Dan holds an Engineering Diploma (MSc/M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Transylvania University of Brasov and has completed numerous certifications in advanced manufacturing technologies.
Scott Oxenham is the Director of Operations at NWI Precision as of August 2023. Prior to this appointment with NWI, Scott led the Operations Team at Magellan Aerospace. At Magellan he held various roles over 13 years; Senior Process Planning(ME) Manager, Component Manufacture, Repair and Overhaul Planning Manager and Director of Quality, Engineering and Environment. Prior to relocating to Canada in 2010 Scott served in the Royal Air Force for 7 years as a Propulsion Systems Specialist. He has also worked with BAe Systems in both Saudi Arabia and England.
Scott is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and also volunteers his time for the Canadian International Airshow as Air Ops Lead, YTZ Operations.
Lily Trieu is a seasoned and strategic human resources leaders with a distinguished career supporting complex, high-stakes engineering and manufacturing environments. Lily previously served as the Head of HR for Tesla Canada, where she provided strategic HR leadership for over 3,000 employees and senior leaders across Canadian and US operations. Her expertise is demonstrated through a proven track record of implementing large-scale initiatives in workforce and succession planning, change management, organizational design, and performance management. She successfully led projects to enhance operational efficiency, including the creation of job leveling guides, the design of automated compensation tools, and the implementation of robust HR information systems, all while ensuring strict legal compliance.
Her background is further strengthened by direct experience within the aerospace sector from her tenure at Magellan Aerospace Limited, where she served as HR Project Lead for a multi-national HRIS implementation. In this role, she was responsible for compiling and analyzing comprehensive cost data to develop actional recommendations and cost-saving strategies presented directly to executive leadership and the Board. This unique combination of experience in cutting-edge manufacturing and an established aerospace firm, combined with her Masters degree in Industrial Relations and her CHRL designation equips her with a rare and valuable perspective. Beyond the Board room, she applies the same principles of teamwork and strategic foresight to her personal pursuits, whether she is playing softball, spending time with her family, or exploring real estate investments. She is adept at navigating complex labor environments, driving cultural transformation, and developing the strategic HR frameworks essential for achieving ambitious organizational objectives.
Jay Yerrapragada is an engineering and transformation leader with over a decade of experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives across aerospace and advanced manufacturing environments. He brings deep expertise in value engineering, operational excellence, and enterprise program management, with a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar cost improvements and building high-impact project portfolios. Jay has led global teams, established governance frameworks, and partnered across engineering, supply chain, and business functions to translate technical challenges into measurable business outcomes. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, along with advanced degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Toronto and Imperial College London.
